The Artist

About Jacqueline

Jacqueline was born in Sheffield and showed an interest in art and painting at a very young age. Her inspiration and creative flair came from her father who was a keen oil painting artist.

She is a self-taught artist who has travelled across the world learning painting techniques. One of her favourites is Chinese brush painting which she learned from a professional artist in South Korea.

Jacqueline now resides in a care home in West Yorkshire and continues to share her passion for art by assisting with painting and craft classes for her fellow residents once a week.

Our desire to put such beautiful artwork into care homes and nursing settings for the benefit of patients, particularly those suffering from dementia or cancer, is shared with the artist.  A portion of the proceeds from every sale will be supporting the work of Lindsey Lodge Hospice, Macmillan Cancer Support, Cancer Research UK, MS Society or Dementia UK.
